Client Manager - Accountancy Practice

We're working with a modern, forward-thinking accountancy firm based in Bolton who are looking to appoint an ambitious Client Manager to support their growing client base and lead a small team. The firm has built a reputation for delivering proactive business growth advice and has attracted a portfolio of entrepreneurial clients as a result.

What you'll be doing:

Managing your own portfolio of clients across a range of sectors (turnover up to £60m)Preparing statutory and management accountsOffering tailored business growth adviceReviewing VAT, personal and corporate tax returnsSupporting, training and motivating junior members of the team

What we're looking for:

ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 6 months post-qualification experienceA minimum of 5 years' experience within accountancy practiceComfortable managing a client portfolio and reviewing work from junior staffConfident communicator with a strong client-service approachProficient with Xero, Sage and strong Excel skills
