Role Responsibilities
Oversee a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, families and trusts, ensuring all compliance work is completed to an exceptional standard.Deliver strategic tax planning solutions tailored to client needs, drawing on deep technical expertise.Take ownership of complex advisory assignments and risk reviews, providing expert oversight and quality assurance.Build long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.Lead, develop and support a team of tax professionals, ensuring efficient workflow, training and performance development.Actively participate in internal collaboration with other service lines to deliver holistic client solutions.Contribute to the firm's commercial growth through business development, client proposals and attending external events.Stay on top of current tax legislation and policy developments, ensuring advice remains relevant and robust.Personal Requirements
CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified.Considerable practice experience managing private client and personal tax matters.Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience mentoring and growing teams.Strong commercial mindset and track record in identifying growth opportunities.Clear and confident communicator who can simplify complex tax issues for clients.Experience working directly with partners and supporting wider firm initiatives.Familiarity with tax software such as CCH would be advantageous.Flexible, responsive and able to manage competing deadlines under pressure.Benefits
