A long-established and friendly practice is seeking a Corporate Services Senior to join its expanding Bury St Edmunds office. This role focuses on corporate accounts preparation and corporate tax compliance for a varied portfolio of small and medium-sized companies. The firm also offers optional involvement with not-for-profit organisations for candidates with relevant experience.
Role Responsibilities
Preparation of statutory accounts and corporation tax returns for a wide range of small and medium-sized companies.Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members, offering guidance and review support.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.Opportunity to work with not-for-profit organisations, including charity accounting and compliance (excluding audit), if desired and qualified.Personal Requirements
ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified, or qualified by experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an accountancy practice setting.Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with a confident and professional approach to client interaction.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage workload independently or collaboratively within a team.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Experience in charity accounting and assurance is desirable but not essential.Benefits
