Butler Rose is working on behalf of a brilliant client - a growing, forward-thinking agricultural firm of accountants and tax advisors based in the Northamptonshire countryside - currently looking for an experienced, Accountant to join their close-knit team based just outside Wellingborough.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships as much as they do balancing the books.

What You'll Be Doing:Preparing year-end accounts and managing financial compliance for a range of clientsBuilding trusted relationships with clients in the agricultural and rural business spaceAdvising clients on best practices and financial planning mattersCollaborating closely with the wider team to deliver a high standard of serviceHelping to improve internal processes and client service systemsYou'll Need:Solid experience in accounts preparation, ideally in a client-facing roleConfidence managing client relationships and providing professional adviceFamiliarity with CCH software (a plus, but not essential)A proactive, detail-oriented approachAn interest in agriculture or experience working with rural clients is highly valuedWhy This Role?Join a respected and growing business during an exciting phase of expansionWork in a beautiful rural setting with a friendly, supportive teamEnjoy meaningful client relationships and a varied workloadMake a genuine impact in a business that values your inputIf you're a strong communicator with solid accounts prep experience and a love for working directly with clients, this could be your ideal next role.
