The Company Overview:Butler Rose are delighted to partner with a market leading Construction and property organisation based within easy commute from the M55 in East Lancashire. A business in good health, they are set to continue with exponential growth in the last year and over the next 12 months. As the business grows in size so to does the opportunity in finance for a capable, talented, driven and experienced Management Accountant to join the business on a permanent contract.
Your new role as Management Accountant:
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, working in a small team, you shall be engaged with various stakeholders across the business and take responsibility for the production of monthly accounts. As Management Accountant overseeing sets of accounts for various entities, you shall provide timely and accurate month end accounts with supporting board pack detail and commentary. You shall be exposed to financial reporting and analysis to track performance, providing support to the Financial Controller and stakeholders. As Management Accountant you shall support the Year-end preparation and assist with audit. As Management Accountant you shall also be exposed to various projects in a well-rounded role. Supporting the preparation of statutory accounts, tax compliance and audit schedules you shall also gain the opportunity to work closely with the Financial Controller on “ad hoc” accounts projects.

The Experience & Qualifications Required:
You shall have a proven track record in a similar role within the property sector or in a service-based business. A strong Management Accountant with a proven track record of producing timely and detailed monthly management accounts, you shall be CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified or highly experienced as QBE. It is essential for you to also have used SAGE during your career as a main accounting package
