Job description
Urgent requirement for a Financial Controller to join a leading locally based business that is part of a larger group. The local headquarter is within commuting distance from Yeovil, Taunton or Bridgwater.This role offers a great opportunity to own and manage all aspects of the financial and management accounting for the site.
Responsibilities include;
• Leadership and management of a team
• Supporting general management in the budget setting process
• Ensuring accounting standards are met for all reports
• Producing annual accounts and work with auditors
• Responsible for timely payments of invoices and receipts
• Assisting with commercial pricing
You will need to be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent). This role will suit someone who has previously worked as a financial controller and is competent and managing a team.
