£19,000
We are recruiting for a finance administrator in an established and thriving company based in Saltash. This is an opportunity to join a global company, at the top of their industry. The position is a wide and varied finance role that will require some experience in finance, but could also develop your skills for your future finance career. This is a company where they want to drive your career forward and are happy to build the position around your strengths.
The position is on the sales ledger and will involve:
• Raising invoices
• The preparation of customer account reconciliations to ensure orders can be released in line with approved credit limits.
• Credit control activities including the chasing of outstanding debt
• Performing intercompany processing and multi- currency reconciliations
• Financial administration
You will need to be:
• An excellent organiser
• Have good communication skills
• Able to work to and meet strict reporting deadlines
• Brilliant at using Excel
Experience of MS Dynamics, plus AAT level 3 would be advantageous but not essential.
