Credit Control Assistant

£18- £20,000

Full Time

Our established client is looking to expand their credit control team. You will be working alongside an experienced credit control manager in small friendly team. We are looking for a candidate with some credit control experience whether it is in a focused credit control position or as part of a finance role. In return the company offer a fantastic working environment, with bonus’s for performance and plenty of perks at work.

Responsibilities include:

• Resolve all customer queries in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Manage debtor days by proactively building relationships with clients and chasing debts
• Contacting clients in respect of failed payments
• Taking ownership of allocated accounts
• Processing high value payments
• Ensuring that credits are checked and processed
• Ensuring that daily workloads are completed by deadlines
• Communicating with customers to resolve aged debt and reach solutions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
