Job description
Quality Systems Manager required for new role with expanding Plymouth based FMCG Manufacturer.Your role as Quality Systems manager will be wide ranging in scope, and will see you spearhead quality standards for the production facility. Your duties include (but are not limited to):
• Maintain internal quality management systems to ensure compliance with BRC standards and customer codes of practice, including all policies and procedures.
• Ensure that controlled documents are issued in a controlled manner and communicated.
• Review of Customer Code of Practice
• Contribute to and take part in customer audits and visits.
• Maintain site HACCP plan.
• Manage, schedule and conduct the sites internal audit programme
• Manage and investigate customer complaints and carry out trend analysis
• Develop and manage the site complaint reduction plan, utilising the wider factory teams to drive improvements.
• Maintain site and customers KPI results. Customer KPI reporting.
• Monitoring and updating sites engineering maintenance log.
• Member of taste panel team.
Salary £28,000 - £30,000 + Benefits.
