Role
As Group Material Coordinator your duties will be wide ranging in scope and see you work across the organisation to deliver improved monitoring and control systems for the company’s stock and material flow. You will also be tasked with the creation of new stock control procedures, KPI’s and the monitoring of stock control metrics. Your duties include (but are not limited to):
• Ensuring timely and accurate goods-in bookings are maintained
• All stock held on site is accounted for
• Working closely with the wider team to gather data and feedback in order to generate improved performance.
• Investigate anomalies in the stock system.
• Identify opportunities to improve the processes
• Create, monitor and report back to the Quality Systems Manager and Group Warehouse Manager weekly on progress against agreed KPI’s
• Conduct internal quality audits
To be chosen for the role you must possess the following experience
• A sound knowledge of stock control and material management
• Experience of writing procedures
• A detailed understanding of the Sage (or similar MRP systems))
• Experience or involvement in the implementation and / or maintenance of management systems
• Experience of conducting compliance and quality audits
Salary £25,000 + Benefits
