Job description
Butler Rose are recruiting alongside an accountancy practice in Exeter, this well respected firm are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager for their on-site bureau.

You will be a key figure in the lead and development of payroll services, developing your team and implementing a strategy for growth.

• To have a strong knowledge of payroll software packages and to be a key point of contact for team and client issues.
• Processing payroll tasks
• Covering your team leaders responsibilities with any absences
• Communicate with the board of directors to implement short and long term strategies.
• Provide advice and recommendations to the board regarding evaluation, implementation and setting objectives.

As a person you will have excellent client relationship skills, you'll build lasting partnerships with clients and have the ability to put them first. You'll be team focused and be able to liaise in a positive manner with your team, enabling them to flourish in their roles with your support.
