Job description
Procurement Manager needed for new role with award winning West Devon based manufacturer. Your role will be wide ranging in scope and see you offer a strategic procurement/supply chain service to ensure the business delivers a first class product.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

• Managing and implementing new supplier contracts
• Provide leadership to the wider purchasing team
• Implementation of global strategies, process and procedure across the supply chain
• Manage supplier quality and delivery
• Carry out cost reduction exercises
• Work across the wider organisation to deliver effective supply strategies
• Management of inventory objectives
• Champion and manage the group of the MRP system

To be chosen for the role you must possess the following skills/experience:

• Degree in engineering, business or science related field preferred.
• CIPS Qualification

• Ideally Aerospace and Defence experience
• Management of overseas supply chains

What you get in return:

Salary up to £60,000 + bonus
