Job description
Butler Rose is currently working on an exclusive basis with a client based on the outskirts of Birmingham to source for them an experienced Accounts Assistant.

They are currently going through a period of exciting change so want someone who is upbeat and motivated coupled with experience of working in a similar role


• Process purchase invoices from our providers
• Send payment remittance advice and sales invoice notices to our clients and providers
• Make payments to providers using BACS, cheques and foreign payments
• Daily and weekly bank reconciliation tasks
• Data entry onto multiple systems
• Ad-hoc administration

Experience & Skills:

We'd like you to have excellent attention to detail; be numerical; organised and a good team player. You will be able to demonstrate good communication skills.

Ideally you will have at least 1 years' experience in an accounting role and bank reconciliation experience would be an advantage.

Essential Requirements:

• Positive attitude
• Computer knowledge to include experience of using Outlook, Word and Excel and Sage
