An excellent opportunity has arisen for a trainee finance assistant to join a well respected business in Sherborne. The right candidate could really flourish and gain all-round knowledge as part of this well respected and established team.

This role incorporates the full transactional finance process, mainly Accounts Payable and Receivable processes. Your duties include but are not limited to:

• Invoice Processing

• Order Processing

• Invoice reconciliation

• Allocate Revenue and Costs to Projects

• Prepare Payment Runs

• Sales Ledger

• Credit Control

• Timesheet Reconciliation

• Process Expenses claims

• Bank reconciliation

• Taxation duties

• Administration Duties

A varied role you will have a keen eye for detail and have ideally worked in a finance position of a similar note previously. You will have good systems knowledge and have a good work ethic. This position does not require any experience or formal qualification. Experience working in an office environment is considered advantageous.
