An exciting opening has become available for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an existing team. My client is based in Coleshill and this is a full time opportunity.

Responsibilities will include:

• Supplier statement recs
• Remittances
• Pay to term
• Resolve queries promptly
• Supplier enquires
• Supplier discounts
• Clean creditors ledger
• Unallocated cash
• Weekly BACS payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Maintain purchase ledger invoice and scanning
• Team player
• High volume
• Good excel skills
• Other ad-hoc duties

Essential skills

• Solid experience in a similar role
• Attention to detail
• Be able to work on own initiative and part of a team
• IT literate
• Be able to deadlines
