Job description
Butler Rose is representing a brilliant opportunity with becoming a payroll officer, the position is located within the North of the West midlands,

you will need to have the following experience to qualify,

• Process payroll end to end
• Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
• Calculating employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes
• Answering staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
• Receiving and resolving requests for leave and other absences
• Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles
• Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
• Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in time sheet and payroll records
• Honours confidentiality of employee's pay records
• Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review
• Performs the distribution of wages through issuance of paper checks or direct transfers to employee's bank accounts
