Job description
Butler Rose is working with a fantastic business in the St Austell area to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, this role will work with various stakeholders across the wider business, helping to inform business decisions from a financial perspective.

Key duties will include:

* Producing accurate and timely information for month end financial processes.
* Production of monthly management accounts with narrative.
* Budgeting and forecasting including re-forecasting where necessary.
* Project accounting and analysis, including financial modelling using Excel.
* KPI management and variance analysis.
* Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with various financial and non-financial stakeholders across the organisation.
* Involvement in CAPEX approval.
* Other ad hoc duties as required.

The successful candidate will ideally be a formally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) although those who are QBE or part-qualified with relevant experience will also be considered. Experience with Power BI would be advantageous but is not essential.
