Job description
Butler Rose are currently seeking a skilled Production Controller to join their client, a Plymouth based manufacturer. The ideal candidate will be someone who can schedule work centres within the Production environment and ensure the daily plan is achievable and implemented.
This is a permanent Monday to Friday shift role 15:00 - 23:00 (training to be given on 07:00 - 15:00)
Duties:-
* Scheduling of work centres.
* Capacity checks.
* Creating and running production reports.
* Ensuring that parts are ready for next process in timely manner.
* Monitor lead times to customer and product availability along with all other KPI's.
* Ensure processes are in place and being followed for auditable actions.
* Write and document new process within our quality system.
Essential criteria:
* GCSE Math and English
* Manufacturing experience
* Knowledge of planning concepts
* Decision making and problem solving skills
* Time management.
* Willingness to learn.
Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year (including shift premium)
